Isovera created a site that helps ASP to capture, engage and convert their various customer segments.

Technical Summary:

Isovera produced a high-quality design paired with a comprehensive Drupal backend, that gave the Alexander Street Press team the tools to successfully showcase their products on the web. The site includes special content to give viewers a complete introduction to their products as well as dynamic streaming of their news and events. For ASP’s specialized multimedia products, Isovera produced a dynamic content display for ASP’s video products to engage viewers in an immersive fashion. In addition, Isovera improved ASP’s workflows and outreach efforts by integrating the site’s customer web forms into Salesforce, streamlining customer communication and data collection. Additional work included integration with third-party credit processing and warehouse management software to streamline order processing for ASP’s internal staff, and to decrease order wait time for customers.

Stakeholders:

Isovera worked in tandem with ASP’s staff to create a site that would improve visibility and increase sales and customer awareness. With Drupal implementation and training from Isovera, ASP can update and customize their site as needed and has full control over queries and communications from customers.

Audience:

Isovera created an engaging, dynamic site that is meant to showcase ASP’s products to potential customers such as large academic institutions and to provide for greater awareness and communication with their current customers.  Thanks to detailed and specialized Drupal content for ASP’s products, their current customers and target audience can learn more about what they provide. In addition, a state-of-the-art calendar system and news feed allows their audience to stay on top of special events and product updates.  By linking a Salesforce database with its new Drupal site’s customer webforms, communication between ASP and its existing and potential customers is better than ever.
